Dear support team.
we need your help again.
currently we found the featured image section is disappear when we create the new portfolio and post page. we’re unable to select and set the featured image on back end. even can’t change the image on the old portfolio and post page.it shows error:Updating failed. Unexpected token < in JSON at position 30075
we disable all plugin to test but the issue is still in there. we also try to find the top screen option for featured image blocks. but nothing solve the issue.
could you please help us take a look? we have attached the login link in private content.

Thanks for the login token. I’m not sure exactly what to do in order to reproduce the problem you are having, could you give us step by step instructions please?

if you have opended a post / portfolio – the metabox is missing?
At the top of the window there is a “Screen Options” dropdown button that allows you to mark whether or not these features should be displayed.
Perhaps someone had accidentally removed the “Featured Image” meta field

Hi,
We are not yet sure why the featured image box is gone in your installation. Have you tried deactivating the plugins?
Are you using the block editor? The box displays fine when the classic editor is enabled or when the Enfold > Theme Options > Select your editor settings is set to the second option (Use WP classic editor).
