Hi there,
As in the title, I’ve got portfolio items that are noindexed and I can’t figure out how to change that. I *did* use the Post Type Switcher (https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/) to get them there, so maybe that had something to do with it, but either way, would be great to figure this out.

Are you using any SEO plugin? It is possible that an option added the meta tag there. Please provide the URL of a portfolio item so that we could check it properly.
In the demo, the portfolio item is set to index/follow.
