    Hi,

Our client is updating their portfolio items, but there is one portfolio item that won’t update.
What can be done about this?

    Hey mrijnders!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

There is a cache plugin installed. Try to purge the cache or disable it temporarily.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

I flushed the cache and changed the setting, but that didn’t work. I can’t disable it, because it isn’t a standard plugin. The hosting uses Varnish Caching.

    Hey!

Could you ask them to provide you information on how to turn it off? I had the same problem on a personal site and my host provided me info on how to turn varnish cache off.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I had contact with the support of the hosting party. They said that disabling isn’t possible for one page. They also said that wp-admin and all POST requests doesn’t get cached. It’s only possible that front-end GET request will be cached when there is no PHPSESSID cookie.
