Hi,
I’ve been testing the site of the company I work for, and found that portfolio is failing on iOS devices.
The thing is that, when I click on a portfolio item, It’s not opening it. But if I refresh the page, it opens and starts working. When I click on a portfolio item, I get this error on console:
TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'content_retrieved[post_id].addClass')
If I refresh the page, it starts working.I’ve been testing a few workarounds but couldn’t solve the issue, and I was wondering if this was a common bug, or if you might have a better solution.
Hope you can help me

I have disabled all plugins but still persists the issue.
Any thoughts? What could be?April 2, 2018 at 7:31 am #935931Hi scopicsoftware,
I was not able to see the issue in Safari on a Mac and on an iPad, did you get it working?
Could you please clear the cache, check again, and maybe on a new device and get back to us.
Best regards,

Could you test it on 2 or 3 of the ones I’ve listed above?May 8, 2018 at 8:51 am #953225Hi scopicsoftware,
It might not work in all emulators but it works on an actual device. Can you reproduce the issue on the actual device? Can you make a screencast of that?

May 24, 2018 at 3:34 pm #961581Hi scopicsoftware,
I tested the page on the iPad as well and in Chrome on iPad, this page does not seem to work properly but the page with mobile applications portfolio works fine, so there might be some element on that page that breaks things.
Can you make a test page with just that element, please?
Best regards,
