    Hi,
    I’ve read the support and checked the settings on the demo page (on my test install) that shows the categories appearing over a portfolio grid:

    So I know it works…the above test install is running the same version of Enfold, and the portfolio grid I’m having trouble with is setup the same way as the one above that does work.

    I have sortation on, and two categories are selected. But my page here will not show the sortation categories over the three people at the top of the page: http://vanguardsports.com/team/

    2 of these people are in one category, the other is in a second category.
    The sorting filters do show properly over an accordion, shown lower on this page.

    Any ideas what is preventing the categories from displaying? Thanks for helping!

    Another piece of information: the theme that is not showing the sorting categories is running as a child theme.

    Hey!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    #js_sort_items { visibility: visible; }

    P.S.: You are using an older version of Enfold. Version 3.2 is available on ThemeForest – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    OK, I added that code, and the sorting categories appeared, but they don’t work. We are installing the theme update now.

    Thanks, I am waiting for our developer to install Enfold 3.2 to see if that enables the sorting categories to work.
