When you open this page on mobile it looks fine until you start to scroll and then the spacing/margins gets off:

Happens on multiple devices and broswers.

    What can i do?

    Hey satucker,

Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

It seems to be working fine on my end.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

This link shows how it loads initially:

This link shows what it looks like when you scroll down:

It is not supposed to separate the images when it scrolls down.

    Hi satucker,

Thank you. It does not stay like that on my end but it jumps.

Please disable images’ lazy loading and test if the issue persists.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Thanks Victoria.
I have turned off lazy load but the problem still persists. Im surprised you’re not having the same experience since I have had it happen on 6 different devices now (apple and android) on chrome and safari.
To be clear, when it loads it loads correctly but as soon as you scroll down on the page it looks like the second image and then never gets better.

    What can I do?

    Hi satucker,

Can you also turn off SG, css merging, and JavaScript merging, and test and clear the device’s cache?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Java script merging was not on but I did turn off css merging and css minify.

Still has not fixed. What else can I do?

    Hi satucker,

I see that you’re using a custom portfolio grid, where is it coming from? Do you have the custom code somewhere?

    Best regards,

The site owner hired another developer to create a plugin so the clinicians sort based on category. Its in the plugin list called “Portfolio Sortable”.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

Does it work correctly when the plugin is disabled? The plugin seems to be triggering some kind of animation after sorting, which might be causing the issue when scrolling.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
