    After setting portfolio categories and featured images to each portfolio-text. The portfolio-grid is not showing (I marked the categories in the grid-settings). I have no active plugin – new website. Any idea why? Please help me!

    Hi!

    First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress ( 3.8.1 ) and Enfold ( 2.5.2. – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ ). If both are updated, please try re-installing Enfold. Please also see http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/create-new-portfolio-item/ to make sure that you are not missing anything. It is really hard to troubleshoot an issue without seeing it.

    I’m having this same issue.

    I put my portfolio grid together about 2 weeks ago and until today it was working fine. Now the images aren’t showing and they come up as just white boxes. I went to “Theme Update” but it says I have the latest theme. I currently have Enfold version 2.4.2 but you say the latest one is 2.5.2? I also have WordPress verison 3.8.1

    Here is my portfolio that isn’t showing up correctly:

    @sonnenschein13     Can you post the link to website you have setup for testing?

    @jbennettrhycom     Yes, the latest version is 2.5.2, please update it to make Enfold fully compatible with WordPress 3.8.1

    I refreshed the website and now the portfolio appears. I did the same procedure as on the other website.The only difference is: one website is active and the other site is not. Could this be the problem?

    That site isn’t using Enfold so I can’t see the issue. Where is the grid not working?

    Hey,

    the enfold themes and the protfolio grid works on the active site: http://www.senioren-umzug.com, perfect. I tried it and after that I need to change the theme – it is an active site and it looked awful. But belive me, the portfolio grid worked well.

    The portfolio grid works not on http://www.geocaching-2-0.de. The site is not active – the portfoloio-entries are not “really” connect with the categories…this shows me the number on the portfolio overview, But there are connect with categories. The links in the portfolio overview are working…

    Pleas find out, why? Both websites have the same WP-version, same Enfold-version. one works, one not. The only difference activ-inactive.

    I don’t know what you mean by active and non-active. Where is it that we can see the issue so that we can try and find a fix for it?

    Hey!

    Maybe you can create us an admin account and post the login credentials as private reply. I don’t understand the issue tbh and I hope we can see it if we check the website/configuration first hand.
