Hi there,
When you go to a portfolio item (for example the link in private) and click on the large image it doesn’t load the image library of that product.
You have to go back and click on the smaller images to load the library. The ideal solution would be that you click on the large image and you are automatically in the gallery. How can this issue be resolved?
Many thanks in advance
February 13, 2020 at 3:17 pm #1184166Hi,
Thanks for contacting us!
Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If it does not, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)
Regards,
YigitFebruary 13, 2020 at 3:25 pm #1184172Hi Yigit, all plugins have been deactivated, This didn’t make a difference. Login details below. Thanks!
February 13, 2020 at 3:31 pm #1184175Hey,
You are currently using an older version of Enfold and WordPress. We would like to update both to make sure we are not dealing with an issue that has been fixed already.
If you would like us to update, could you please share FTP logins here privately as well?
Best regards,
YigitFebruary 13, 2020 at 4:06 pm #1184186The site has been updated. The issue remains. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks
February 13, 2020 at 4:18 pm #1184193Hi,
It seems like you are still using Enfold 4.5.7. Also Enfold theme options do not seem updated as i still see API key field in theme update section which should be replaced with Personal Token field.
If you do not mind sharing FTP logins we can look into it. Editor is missing under Apparance tab therefore we are not able to check files on your child theme.

see requested details in private message.
Thanks!
February 19, 2020 at 6:58 am #1185915Hi,
Thank you for the info.
You will have to update the theme to v4.7.3 manually or via FTP because the automatic theme update in the dashboard is not available in v4.5.7. Please check the documentation below for more info.

IsmaelFebruary 19, 2020 at 9:50 pm #1186184Hi Ismael,
ok, interesting. How come the update function via the dashboard is not available?
Do you have a service you can offer to update the site to the latest theme for us and if, what are the costs?
Thanks
February 21, 2020 at 7:06 am #1186623Hi clairemartindigital,
We can update the site for you, we just need for you to verify that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 21, 2020 at 10:21 am #1186645Hi RIkard,
we updated the site via ftp 2 days ago and it caused the site to crash which resulted in us having to request a roll back done by the hosting provider. Not too sure what we can do to solve this. Any ideas?February 25, 2020 at 7:26 am #1187597Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Do you have a staging or development version of the site? Please try to do the upgrade there and provide the link here so that we can check the errors. If there is no staging site available, then you will have upgrade the site directly and set it to maintenance mode temporarily until the we sort out the issues. Do you see any errors after upgrading the theme?
Please enable the debug mode and the logs so that we can see the generated errors.

IsmaelFebruary 26, 2020 at 10:29 am #1188008Hi Ismael,
there is no staging or dev version unfortunately. I’ll update the site now. My guess is the site will break. If i can see any errors ill post them here in about 30 mins, once the update is done. If not, ill just let you guys know when the update is done.
Thanks!
February 26, 2020 at 11:50 am #1188025hi guys,
the good news is that the update worked this time.
the bad news is that there are a couple of errors on the site now.1. the menu disappeared…this used to be an image (Trusty-menu.png) in the top left of the screens which on click expanded the menu. is there a way how we can get this back or alternatively, is there a way to implement this from within the theme settings?
2. a blue bar at the top of the screenFebruary 27, 2020 at 11:26 am #1188390Hi,
Glad to know that the theme is now updated. Now to fix the new errors, we need to be able to edit the files in the Appearance > Editor panel or directly in the file server. Please provide the FTP details in the private field or enable Appearance > Editor panel in the dashboard.
Did you create a copy of the header.php or any template file in the child theme? If yes, then you have to update those files as well.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 27, 2020 at 11:30 am #1188392Hi Ismael,
ftp details are below. I honestly don’t know if there was a copy mate of a theme file. What i do know is that there is some css in the custom settings which is referencing the menu…February 28, 2020 at 9:35 am #1188785Hi,
Looks like the menu was modified in the style.css file.
a#advanced_menu_toggle:before { content: url(https://trustyboxes.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Trusty-menu.png); } a#advanced_menu_hide { content: url(https://trustyboxes.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Trusty-menu.png); } @media only screen and (min-width: 480px) { nav.main_menu {display:none !important;} #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:block !important; left:44px;} } #mobile-advanced { background-color: transparent; text-align: left; border: none; } #mobile-advanced a { border: none!important; }
You have to update it because the advanced_menu_toggle id is no longer used in the icon/burger menu.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 28, 2020 at 10:18 am #1188796What would be the best solution to implement the image to be the menu in your opinion?
