    Hello,

    All of a sudden, one of the featured images of a portfolio entry is not formatting properly.

    I’ve tried deleting and republishing the page, resizing the image, deleting and republishing the Case Studies page, etc.

    Here’s the link. The last entry, “Visit Hamilton County Tenderloin Trail” is the problem-image:

    Please help! :D

    Hey marissaconniff,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
