    Existing portfolio items will not load data in the Avia Layout Builder in any browser. Circle just spins and spins and no data ever loads.
    Templates tab shows up in existing portfolio items but not when a new one is created. Updated to current version.

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    I tried disabling all plugins and that did not resolve the issue, any other suggestions?

    Hey!

    Thank you for the info.

    You’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.4.1. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    There are two enfold themes available but the old one is activated. Please delete the old one then activate the 3.0.1 version.

    Hi!

    I’m sorry but aside from the video tutorial on how to update the theme, I’m afraid we can’t be of any help at this time. Please review the tutorial or hire a freelance developer to override the old theme files with the new one. Make sure that you extract the enfold folder from the theme zip package. You can find all you need from the video. Please watch it again.
