Hi there !
I have quite the issue with my portfolio page. Some items are not appearing while their categories are checked.
I know it was working fine until recently a visitor of my website bought it up like “did you deleted some of your work ?”After redoing my page, my problem is still there, i might need your help on this one..
Thanks in advance,

It’s not letting me in. Is the information correct?
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 26, 2016 at 10:54 am #572009Mmm yep, I just double checked, the id’s are correct.
If needed I created another login/pass for you.I tried this morning, to check only a few categories but it’s all the same, the website only display the same portfolio entries on every page while the number of page actually increase or decrease depending on the numbers of items in each categories…
My goal is to have every portfolio items displayed, which make that 7 pages or so.

January 28, 2016 at 2:02 am #573383Hey!
Still cannot login. Is the user activated? I can see the login error in the source code but it’s empty for some reason. I’ll go ahead and flag this for the rest of our team to check.
Cheers!

January 28, 2016 at 8:58 am #573564Well, I have a security plugin which I desactived for now so you can try again with either of these pass cause I used them already, or you can send me a mail address which I can attach to a new user so you can activate it yourself and setup the password you’d like.
Sorry for the inconvenience, I really hope we can sort this out !

January 28, 2016 at 12:49 pm #573684Hi!
your login url is yoursite.com/wp-admin the other one you provided is not work.
Anyways your site has a pagination bug and your theme is not updated for which some files need to be patched over FTP before that please update your theme to the latest version via FTP as your theme update is not currently working.
Please follow these steps provided in this video http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/
Disable all the plugins before you update the theme.
Use a plugin like duplicator to back up your site.Once your theme is updated it should work fine then activate the plugins one by one.
If you still have any issue please follow the instructions provided here

VinayJanuary 28, 2016 at 11:34 pm #574177Hi Vinay !
So, I tried step by step in order to know for sure what was my issue, and so it seems that after updating Enfold theme and exchanging the query.php file with the one provided on the mentioned thread did the trick and I got my portfolio back on track without having to update the post slider.php file.
I thank you for your time as I clearly haven’t made it easier for you… (Sorry ’bout that).
Just to be sure, does my topic will be available even if you tag it as closed ? I’d like to have a backup plan of the solution in case it appears again for whatever reason.
thanks again !
