Hi guys..
A question:
Is there a way to upload a bunch of images to the portfolio (and add categories and tags afterwords) like we can when we set up Galleries?
Uploading 1 image at the time to the portfolio is a pain, when I have so many…I need to let user to filter/sort but if I use Masonry / Gallery it 1. just adds images that are already in posts, store 2. links to the store.
So, ultimately I need to make a sortable gallery (I want those images be only on this page and not pull them from a store or any other post, portfolio..)
If this is not possible, I also thought about possibly adding the gallery into tabs, but this seems impossible? Thanks in advance for the help!

Your talking about the portfolio grid element? Unfortunately no, it will only use posts. Perhaps your wanting the Masonry Gallery element or the regular Gallery element.
Cheers!

If you read it then you know my goal is to be able to upload bunch of work at once (not like in portfolio, one image at a time) and after that make it sortable. So — how?January 31, 2016 at 11:47 am #575266Hi!
It doesn’t because images are not categorizable, what you’re asking is not exactly theme-related but more of a WordPress general request/question, maybe this could work for you:

But first I’ll use the Embedding of the gallery shortcode into TABS.
One additional question regarding that:Is there a way to fit every image (even though they are different) fit into the somewhat container window?
So, lets say that that gallery shows 600x700px container but an image, no matter the size, fits inside without stretching even if it generates different white spaces around the image? Thanks!
