Hi, I’m creating product page and facing a few questions.
1. I use Accordion Slider element in my portfolio item page, but when i click on the picture, the picture does not open in a lightbox, but it refeshes the whole page. See and visit the product example page link in the private content, and scroll down to the three pictures showing by accordion slider, and click, you can see what i’m facing.
2. How can i show my “categories”, and “tags” on the product example page?
3. In the permalinks setting, i changed Portfolio Items Base slug, to “product” . so my portfolio item’s link become http://www.mywebsite.com/product/example1
Can i now create a page with same url slug: “product”? Will it cause any conflicts?4. My Product page, See and visit the product page link in the private content, when i click on one of the product picture, it doesnot open the portfolio item page,
but it open a blank page, why?Please kindly instruct on how to solve the above problems. Thanks a lot.

Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
1.) The href attribute of the accordion images are empty. We tested this on our own installation but we can’t reproduce the issue. Please try to disable the plugins temporarily. Did you add any custom modifications to the theme?
2.) There is no available element for that. You may need to create a custom shortcode. Something like the following, but for product categories.

3.) Yes, it will conflict with the page product. You have to create a page with a different slug.
4.) The product item redirects to the actual product page. Is this fixed?

1) I tried deactive all my installed plugins (now i activated them again), and refreshed pages to test, but still the same issue
And i did not make any custom modification to the theme, as i only know a little about coding. Now i’m using Enfold China theme and i see it’s the latest version.Please try again to find a solution.
2) I will try, but i hope there is another more simple way, as i know little about code.
3) Ok, but i tried using the same slug, it was working fine. Anyway, i will just use different slugs in case any issue.
4) yes, i see it’s solved now, but i still have question, if i will publish more other new portfolio items, will those items work properly in the “products” page? I mean when click on the product picture, it will redirecting to the product page?
If not, i will need to ask you to fix this issue again and again for each portfolio item, that’s impossible.Thanks,
Chenny1) The first question about Accordion Slider element, i’ve solved the problem by deleting the previous element and adding the element again.
So please just reply about my question 2) and 4)
