    Hey arcray!

    try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

    Please check the link in the private message. You need to add a featured image to the portfolio item and check the settings of the page to change the look and feel… Please feel free to contact us if you need any help.

    You can go ahead and activate the plugins that you like to use.
