    My problem is when I import the startup business theme and start to amend the home page I lose items after updating the page. At first I thought it was server issue and I contacted Bluehost and they suggested I upgrade to their cloud which I did. However the problem is still there. I have gone back to them again and they said it not a problem at their end and to contact you.

    Hi

    I’ve tried to reload the theme again but it still not working when I amend the home page. I’m losing text boxes etc when I update it even though I’m saving each section. I don’t know were I’m going wrong.

    I have just tried again and I have lost everyhting on the home page. Please could someone help me!!! I would really appreciate it

    Hey!

    Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?
    Also, do you have any content on your database? If not, can we reset it to default?

    Hey!

    Not sure what exactly went wrong when you were importing the demo but i simply reset your database and went to Enfold theme options > Demo Import and imported Startup Business demo and it does look fine now. Can you please review your website now? :)

    Yes I was able to upload it okay. However when I amended it and updated it I lost sections of it. Last time I did it I lost the whole home page.

    Hey!

    Oh, issue occurs when you try to update homepage?
    Items get removed from pages usually when HTML tags are not opened and/or closed properly. Can you please make sure that is not the case if you are using HTML in your page?
    Here is an example of correctly opened and closed HTML tags

    Hi

    Yes I tried that and they disappeared too. I also replaced the text box with new text and they disappear too. Also items I had not changed disappeared. I updated the page every time I changed something and items I had not changed disappeared. I don’t know what is going wrong!!

    I made changes on texts and updated the page a few times but it looks totally fine.
    Can you please try making changes now? Or you can elaborate on the changes you would like to make so we can try applying them
