I want to make a pop up in which the next text appears:“Answer this question to see if you qualify for your first free evaluation”

“Are you married to a citizen or have a citizen child over the age of 21?”:
——————————————-Yes (check box) NO (check box) + Check box: “I accept terms and conditions”

And if they check Yes, send them to another page
If they ckeck in no, send out a msg that says they don’t qualifyCan I make this?

Thanks for your question, to achieve this you will need to use a pop up plugin, I’m not sure which one will offer this feature so you will need to research this a little, but here is a list of popular pop ups to get you started.Best regards,
