    Hi,

    When trying to upload png files we receive a http error. I found a thread before that no solution was found specifically for this matter.

    Every other file format works just fine. It is only the png not working.

    PNG format is 1530×643

    Hey Tamosch,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. If you get the same results without running Enfold then it’s not theme related, could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can see what is going wrong?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response, please follow what Rikard said since if the issue is not fixed when using a default theme then we can’t also fix it using Enfold theme. The best way is to contact your hosting provider ask them to fix this issue.
