    Hi guys,

I need your urgent assistance as my clients website has been down now for two weeks and I am really struggling.

The website http://flower.org.za/ first went down when my clients host upgraded the php from 7.4 to 8.0. We struggled to get it back up and the only fix was buying the latest version of the theme and replacing the theme files. I was then able to access the site but could only activate a handful of plugins. There are about 13 plugins still inactive and the primary listings plugin wont activate – I cant even delete these plugins without it giving an error. They all spit out a similair error when trying to activate, below is an example of one of them:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. “Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required
“Warning: require_once(/home/khandafi/public_html/flower.org.za/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/lib/vendor/bandar/bandar/lib/Bandar.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/khandafi/public_html/flower.org.za/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/loader.php on line 39”
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/khandafi/public_html/flower.org.za/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/lib/vendor/bandar/bandar/lib/Bandar.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php73/usr/share/pear’) in /home/khandafi/public_html/flower.org.za/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/loader.php on line 39

I am running verions 6.1.1 WP and the lastest theme version

    Please help!

    Hey duncanmchaffie,

Thanks for the login details. Does the same thing happen if you activate a different theme? Also, I see that you are running PHP 7.3 now. Is there a reason for that?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
PHP 7.4 is the minimum version for WordPress, the error message above is pointing to the plugin all-in-one-wp-migration receiving an error with PHP 7.3
There is a good chance that other plugins won’t support PHP 7.3.
You may need to run the website that requires PHP 7.3 on a host by its self.

    Best regards,
    Mike
