I develop sites with Enfold and have used a lot of it’s features throughout the sites. With one site they want to use a few plugins like WZone, WP Crowdfunding, and a few more plugins that come with their own theme to make it display correctly. Without using them and keeping Enfold active, there are all sorts of display and functionality problems.
I hate to contact Enfold about every plugin issue since they obviously have no control over them, and most plugin authors have no interest in making it “compatible” with Enfold despite it being one of the most widely-used commercial theme available.Their standard response is “just use our theme” which obviously isn’t a viable option for sites using Enfold.
Here’s an example of just one of the plugins that comes with it’s own theme – http://www.wzone-plugin.com/wzone-themes
Is there a better way than to use the Multiple Themes plugin at https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-multiple-themes ? That plugin is very buggy and very outdated.
Hey DJQuad,
I’m not sure, but I feel that using multiple theme might not be the best solution. Maybe it would be better if we tried to solve the problem you are having instead?
Best regards,

https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wp-crowdfunding-plugin-conflict/ for one thing.
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/animated-countdown-not-showing-up-at-all/ for another.
https://indiefocused.com/projects/ravage-kill-all-men for another. It should look like http://theme500.com/classic/projects/learn-spanish-with-a-robot.
Just a pain overall. Most of the time the theme author blames the plugin and the plugin author blames the theme. I have no problem having to use a different theme when there are plugin conflicts.
Any ideas overall?
Hi,
Unfortunately there is not a lot of what we can do.
We are not compatible with this plugin as it seems.
Best regards,
