I just updated Enfold on my site, and I got some errors and now all of the installed plugins are gone.
I was able to install a new plugin that wasn’t installed before the update, but I get an error telling me the directories already exist if I try to install a plugin that had already been installed.
Thanks!
Hi Scott!
That means that the plugins are not actually removed. The user you provided is not working.

Hi,
The issue also occurs with the default theme activated too so it’s not related to Enfold. From the error you’re getting it seems the culprit is in your wp-content/plugins folder, what do you see there (via FTP)?

Hey!
You can try:
– Removing all those plugins in FTP and re-install them via Plugins > Add new.
– Reinstall WordPress completely.

Ah!
Removed the plugins with FTP and they re-installed without issue.
Thanks!
