    Hello dear Kriesi-team,

    I recently purchased a plugin, which is not working very well with the theme I am using and I wonder, if you could take a closer look at it and try to locate the error. I’m trying to add a “buy” section to my blog, where I can show my readers some recommendations with links to follow

    Hey Veloryana,

    Which plugin are you having problems with, and how? Please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further. Also please note that our support for third party plugins is limited.

    Hi Rikard,

    I have a problem with the plugin “Shopr”. I’m trying to build a shop-here section, where I show my readers products, and links to buy the recommended items. I already contacted the service from “Shopr” and I was told, that unfortunately, something in my theme ( enfold) is blocking the plug in, from working correctly. Could you please try to locate the error and help me out?

    Hi Veronika,

    Thanks for the update. What exactly did they say is blocking in the theme? It sounds a bit vague to be honest with you. We are not at all familiar with the plugin in question, so you would have to explain how we can reproduce the problem a bit further. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to find a fix for you.

    Hi Rikard,

    thank you for your time. I contacted the developer and I’ve got this message for you:

    „Hi there! Does the Enfold theme enqueue a script for Flickity? If so, please could you confirm the ID used to enqueue it? I am using a plugin which also enqueues Flickity and it is causing some issues, so I need to dequeue it on the theme.“

    Hi Veronika,

    Enfold theme does not use Flickity, you can do a quick Search All for the word in our theme files and you shouldn’t see any result.
    If flickity is enqueued on your site I believe it is coming from one of the plugins you have.
    I tried to check your site, so we can atleast point you from which plugin it comes from but this is what’s showing on your site:

    Hi Veronika,

    Thanks, I have checked it but I don’t see to see Flickity.
    I created a post (in draft mode) and added a Shopr shortcode to test if it works and it does (post link in private content).
    Can you give us the steps on how we can reproduce the issue?

    Hi Nikko,

    Could you please tell me how you post something in a draft mode? I’m kinda lost right now. I create blog posts with the page builder “elementor”. I made a video, maybe this is the best way, to show you how I did it. Do you have maybe a tip for me, how to improve the work? I am very thankful for any advice :)

    Hi,

    If you are using the Block Editor, you can save the post as draft by clicking one of the buttons in the top right corner of the editor. Please check the following documentation for more info.

    The theme has its own Advance Layout Builder (ALB), so using a third party builder plugin like Elementor is not really necessary, unless you are using features or elements that are not in the default builder. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. You will have to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.
