    Hello,
    I am using a plugin called Group Purchases, When I go to save the options, it does not save the options, I tried disabling all plugins and switching to default, and the options appear.

    Did you try to reach out to the plugin developers? We can’t provide support for third party plugins unfortunately.

    Hello, After further review, We found this is happening other places. We make changes, and the options don’t save. We have even switched to default theme, made changes, and then switched back to enfold theme to see the changes reverted.

    This is a pretty urgent matter.

    Hi dvalansi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field) for the staging, so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,I have created the link..

    Please go to the second link provided, and try to config some of the woo options, most importantly enable group purchases under the woo intergrations… Save and you refresh, you will see the options do not save, and the options of the checkbok of group purchases are not there.

    I apologize for the delayed response.
    I could verify the issue you’ve mentioned though there are no js errors showing in the web console.
    Unfortunately, trying to fix the incompatibility between Enfold and the 3rd party plugin used would take a lot of time (after checking on it) and also outside the scope of our support.
