    the Contractor ID Number search on a page on our site works when logged in but doesn’t when you not. I’ve tried turning off/on other plug ins and i’ve gotten in touch with the hosting company to see if there was something happening on there end. is there anything with the theme it self that could be causing the problem?

    you would enter a number into the Contractor ID Number search > hit submit and it should pull up a certificate that shows a pass or fail. Right now if you submit a number nothing pulls up if you’re not logged in.

    it’s a custom plug in but it’s supposed to be simply enough built that updates shouldn’t be needed.

    No it should not, but I would recommend that you keep proper backups of your site in case anything should go wrong.

    We can not be compatible with every plugin available in the market, but if we can some assistance, we will solve stuff!
