    In general, writing in capital letters ( always uppercase ) in blogs means screaming.

    For my part, I negate these topics – everyone has the same right to receive an answer.
    just my 50cents to it – The others and the mods of course may like to handle it differently.

    Hi,

    Yes, we sure will. On a daily basis, we do see different types of customers. Screaming or clam we always try our best to help them out and treat them right.

    If one can not be friendly by conviction, then at least one should be polite because of his education – but perhaps some of them are unfriendly because of this fact or their education. ;)
