“please set a mobile fallback image for this video in your wordpress backend.” I am receiving this erros when I try to acess a video from a cellphone. What is the solution?

Please edit the video element and add an image there, so you can control it and show it to users when they visit from mobile.
Let us know if it works.Best regards,

I didn’t understand marcelhochman’s solution.
Is it not possilbe to have video in mobile?June 10, 2019 at 3:47 am #1108726Hi alexkarabelas,
Autoplay videos are disabled on mobile devices, that is why you would set a fallback background image to show on those devices instead.
