    I am very sorry to use this form for this issue, but I have tried unsuccessfully for a week to figure out how to get a hold of someone to help me.

    I recently became responsible for the account for our theme and it says the User Name is correct, but the password is not. I then tried to reset the password but I do not receive the reset password email (although I was told it was switched to my email address of (Email address hidden if logged out) ).

    We have Enfold theme, version: 4.9.2.1

    I am very sorry, but your support does not provide ANY WAY to contact someone for this issue.

    Please, please, please help me as I have a problem with the website and need to use your support area!

    Hi Rikard,
    Thank you for responding! The person who purchased the theme had the email address of (Email address hidden if logged out) .
    I forgot to include the user name in my original contact which is: AVSA2020Website.
    When she turned it over to me, she said she changed the account to my email address, but it appears that did not happen.
    I was forwarded several emails with the documentation of the purchase and I’m happy to attach them or provide any information from them that would be helpful.
