Please need your help I can't edit wocommerce product pages anymore!

Hello, don’t know why, but I can’t edit my product pages anymore. If you take a look, try to insert any of the available avia shortcodes to product descrition. when you hit “save” button, nothing happens! and if you copy some text to paste into product description also, you will see its impossible!
I tried seversl things before contact you, I reinstalled my wordpress, reinstalled enfold theme several times, I deactivated all of my plugins, I reinstalled woocommerce plugin at all. no luck! I called Bluehost team my server provider, and they told me server and config is just fine
Please I need your help, cause my web page is making my living!
