I am using this plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/measurement-price-calculator/ . When I activate it i get the error “please match the requested format” when adding a product to basket.

I tried this plugin with 2-3 other themes but had no issue . Would you please check ?

Please use plain ftp and not over TLS. I think it should connect .

Please try again, there is no problem with the ftp. If you still can’t login please forward the error message that you get.

Hi,

I tried to check again, it still has the same issue when trying the ftp access (private content). Can you try to test using filezilla on your end? are you using other program for ftp access?

you are still using TLS. Go to Site Manager -> New Connection -> encryption -> only use plain ftp.

The solution was in one of the links that was suggested by Victoria.
But this issue has already been patched in of the updates of Enfold.

Yes, please create a new thread.
Then post your login credentials there in private content (since it’s only visible to the moderators and the thread creator)

Hi Guys.

Hope you are doing fine. I have try same WooCommerce price measurement plugin and found same issue when active the theme and plugin. As per @yantsa comment. I have search for better solution and i found another plugin which works perfect to me, which is WooCommerce Variable Pricing

So please if any other have issues with WooCommerce price measurement i advice to use WooCommerce price measurement it will make your life easier.
