Please Help I cannot get the Enfold theme to upload on my WordPress!

To start with my husband Mark originally purchased and installed the Enfold theme into our wordpress 2 weeks ago – we chose the default demo – when we went to change the demo this week it kept saying “unable to load”.

so then I decided to deactivate enfold and continued to delete it from our word press themes so that I could do a reinstall the theme enfold and choose a different Demo.

then I tried to upload the Enfold theme back into wordpress – each time getting a message saying “link has expired”

I could NOT get through to your support so I thought maybe I had to re purchase the Theme which I did! now I am still getting the same Error with the new purchase “link expired”

Could you please assist and if it was not necessary for me to buy another Licence can you please refund.
