You have probably the most kick-ass theme available yet this issue has persisted from early versions; It’s probably the most mentioned problem in the support forums.
When the browser is resized, with certain logo/menu configurations, they overlap. I know this is a great theme and excellent value for money but we shouldn’t have to go blind guessing CSS fixes. At the moment, any menu longer than 5 or 6 items, we have to switch to mobile menu at 1030px which is ridiculous. The only other alternative is to reduce font size and padding at narrower browser widths which then reduces visual impact.
Could you please look into solutions such as the menu sliding under the logo before they overlap?

Can you please post the link to your website so we can look into it?
Since all users use different logo size, menu font size and amount of menu items, this is probably one of the hardest thing to provide a ‘one for all’ solution. We are trying our best on forum to provide a solution to every user though :)Cheers!
