Please check if I set it right.

I have inquired about two posts on page 404 and at the end of the address saying avia_forced_reoute=1.
Here’s the answer after that’s after that.

About your problem; I see that you have set your front page as your custom 404 page in the theme options. Please try creating and setting a dedicated 404 page there instead.

It seems like you have enabled Maintenance Mode by choosing “Enabled – Redirect to selected page” option. Please choose “Enabled – Use selected page content without redirect” option instead.

I changed the setting as I answered, but I’m still asking because there seems to be an error.

The reason why I think so is because I’m using Maintenance Mode.
Enabled – Use selected page content without redirect shows 503 – Service Unavailable;
Disabled shows via_forced_reoute=1 at the end of the address.
What should I do?
