I’m having difficulty being able to play media (mp4 and mp3) from enfold. The video button works fine (as long as I edit files to be 100mb, which sometimes is hard) but music is proving to be a challenge. I made a temporary solution to link to a google drive folder and have my users play from there, but the bulk of my users are on ios and that is difficult too. Basically I need to expand content on my password-protected page(s) and show videos of my students as well as post class videos and songs we use in class so parents can follow up at home. They value privacy in Japan a bit so i’m trying to keep it all under the members area, and i’ll probably make another page in that password-restricted area dedicated to music. Is there a compatible, updated plugin you suggest or a good way to do this using the enfold theme? Sorry to bother.

Most of the learning management system or lms plugins are not free such as sensei, learndash etc. If you’re just looking to restrict certain pages with video or audio content in them, maybe these plugins will help:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/membership/I think it’s better if you upload the video and audio files to a third party host such as vimeo, youtube, for audio you can use soundcloud. It will make the media buffering much more faster and you don’t have to worry about the server space.
