Hi all,
I’m running into a wall with pixelated catalogue images on my shop page. I tried downloading the “Regenerate Thumbnail” plugin but either it’s not working or I’m missing a step. I tried going into display setting in the Appearance panel very couldn’t change anything there. I’m using WooCommerce 3.3.3.

March 21, 2018 at 9:59 pm #930902I should also mention that the images will randomly appear crip every once in a while and upon refreshing go back to being blurry. I have not been able to figure out a reason why.
March 22, 2018 at 12:13 am #930961Just realized that every time I click on one of the catalogue thumbnails, go to the product page and then go back, the catalogue thumbnail is now crisp. Still not sure why this is happening.
March 22, 2018 at 9:05 pm #931636Hi,
That is a bit strange, shouldn’t be happening at all.
Can you show is the page?

BasilisMarch 22, 2018 at 11:11 pm #931695Sorry about that, when I shut off Local it shuts down the live link. This one should work for the next few hours: http://cad031b5.ngrok.io/ I’ve been having trouble where I have to open it a few times and get error messages before it works, but it always ends up working. Thanks.
March 23, 2018 at 11:55 pm #932159Hi,
The plugin is working BUT your images are uploaded as really small
https://cad031b5.ngrok.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/front-200×133.jpgso they cant be resized properly.
There is the problem.Best regards,
BasilisMarch 24, 2018 at 2:21 am #932176Thanks Basilis, but all of the images I’ve uploaded are full size. When I choose the image as a featured image for my product, it sizes it fine for the actual product page but seems to automatically size it to the 200×133 size for catalogue thumbnails. I deleted the image and re-uploaded as a different name, regenerated thumbnails and it’s still pixelated. I’ve noticed that when I click on the product thumbnail, go to the product page, and go back it looks crisp, don’t know why though.

Where did you add the catalogue elements? The shop page looks broken. Please disable the cache and minification plugin if there’s any.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 27, 2018 at 7:39 am #933425Sorry – you have to take the “s” off the end of https in the url then you should see the pages. I’m under the impression that WooCommerce calls thumbnails “catalogue elements” but either way i’m talking about thumbnail images on my “hello” page under “latest products”, “shop” page, and “freebies” page. Thanks.

March 28, 2018 at 5:40 am #934004Jesus, disregard that last reply that says “latest link”, it’s incorrect (I would delete it but I don’t see how). The site is still at https://cad031b5.ngrok.io/?post_type=product. I hope someone can help me solve this before I lose my mind :) It’s just frustrating making sure the latest live link is the right one for you to go to – no one’s fault though.
