    please refer to the attached link
    on the right side bar,
    we change the picture thumb to 85x85px
    and we also run the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin
    but the actual picture side is still 36x36px and looks very fuzzy.

    It seems to be loading a 36×36 image and not the regenerated one.
    Please do execute the plugin once again.
