    dear support,

    after changing one of our customers from another theme to Enfold the selection of pictures from meditahek doesn’t work properly any more.

    When I upload a picture to mediathek and THEN go to a blog post and try to select this picture as a blog post picture or try to insert it in a post, than I only see most of the older pictures (not all of them) but not the just uploaded picture.

    What works is to do it in one step: go to blog post > insert picture > upload picture.

    Hey tashi-11,

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? Please note that this is likely not a theme related problem.

    Hey Rikard,

    thank you for the hint – it was polylang. Still don’t know how to solve it, but at least I know where the problem is. You can close the issue. Thank you!
