Hi Guys,
Only the images in the slider can be seen in the Enfold Theme I have down loaded. The images in the media, gallery and on the front page do not show up. Not even the thumb nails of images show. When I click on the area in the blog section where it should be it says: “Images cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and the images exist”. But when I look in the page view (edit mode) the text for the image is there and the image is in the media section. However they are there as text only but I cannot see the pictures. I am new at this and I am not sure how to add screen shot image so I can show you what I mean. The screen shots are on my pc and I do not know how to add them to this post?

It looks like image links are broken for some reason. I have replied you in your other topic. Please try re-updating the theme and let us know if issue remains.

January 8, 2014 at 4:38 pm #206870Hey!
Can you try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Regards,
YigitJanuary 8, 2014 at 5:16 pm #206892I did that just now and nothing happen. I even updated to word press 3.8 and it’s still the same. I downloaded it again this morning from theme forest and over written the original folder via file zilla. Maybe something is broken in this update? Something to do with images and menus back ground. How many people have bought the theme since the second week in December 2013?
January 8, 2014 at 5:22 pm #206895Hi!
Many people did and none of the users reported such issue so i am 99% sure that it is not theme related.
Can you please try increasing memory limit ( http://dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/ )?Regards,
YigitJanuary 8, 2014 at 5:31 pm #206904ok i will try this and I get back to you.
January 8, 2014 at 5:34 pm #206910January 8, 2014 at 6:09 pm #206928I applied method 2. Changing the Memory Limit via wp-config.php. But….there was no change. What do you suggest? I tried it on different browsers but the result was the same.

January 8, 2014 at 7:08 pm #206978Hey!
Please try to deactivate all third party plugins – maybe one (or more plugins) trigger a javascript conflict which then breaks the sliders. I.e. the “WP Ultimate Search” plugin triggers following error
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property '_renderMenu' of undefined
Best regards,

-aeRoJanuary 8, 2014 at 11:56 pm #207143Hi!
Yes, Peter aka Dude. I will ask him once again to take a look.
In the mean time, i took another look and i think it is related with permissions. Please make sure that your WordPress files have the correct permission http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
You can contact your hosting provider and they can help you sort it out.
There are 403 errors in console and css file is not being loaded as you can see here http://i.imgur.com/OWgYXIw.jpgBest regards,
YigitJanuary 9, 2014 at 12:11 pm #207348Hi All,
Thanks Yigit for the permissions pointer. I read the document and had enough to say to the web hosting company. They told me I had two issues. One was a DNS entry for nutraka.com was not working correctly and was not resolving to the right location. The second was a word press issue with permissions to the content folders “Up Loads” the access was being denied. They fixed both and now the theme is working as I would expect. As far as the DNS resolving I will not know for a day or so as the DNS Servers on the internet will have to update.
Thank you for your help in pointing me in the right direction.
Kind Regards,
Oriche’
