    HI,
    it’s not the first time i’m faced with this issue.
    1- On Layerslider i set an image as background
    2- Slder setting is set to 1500×550 and background “inherit”. So it resize with screen
    3- Image jpg uploaded size is 1500×550 px
    Even if you REDUCE or ENLARGE Chrome window the image looks pixelisated/blury

    So i tested differents solutions like rework my image source (1900 or JPG not compressed).
    I didn’t find any solution with this very problematic issue.

    Any idea?

    Hey jb84,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    This is the actual image (see private field) used in the slider. Is the original image much sharper than this thumbnail or image? Please provide the original image so that we can upload and check it on our installation.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi

    i can’t open a new post for an issue… maybe my subscription stop ???
    But i bought about 25 Enfold licences (you can see on my account)

    I have an issue on my menu:
    I want to display a picture (a flag for language) but when adding on menu scr and url for my image, the picture do not display only transparency.
    Maybe beacause i use a transparency menu?
    Can you help for that?

    Hi jb84,

    If you can post on the forum, then you should have a valid support period.

    Where can we see the problem you need help with?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We adjusted the css code a bit.

    #menu-item-2827 a:before {
        content: url(https://www.littoral-expo.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/en.png);
    }

    Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings
    after updating the css code.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
