Picture or icon beside blog post title

Hello! I am wondering if it is difficult to insert a picture or icon beside the blog post title, like on https://adamogeva.dk/artikler? Or do you have any other suggestion for how to indicate that the post with a certain tag is suitable for a specific age group? I am planning to change the featured images to round pictures that indicates the category, then I thought a symbol or picture alongside the title could indicate the age group.
