November 6, 2018 at 5:59 am #1030208Hi Jul,
Thanks for that, though I can’t access the theme options with that account since it doesn’t have admin rights. Could you upgrade the user please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 6, 2018 at 7:40 pm #1030534Hi,
The user is upgraded. But I cannot provide you this access for more than 12h.
Thank you,

November 7, 2018 at 10:15 am #1030777Hi Jul,
Thanks for that, though I’m not seeing any error messages on my end when going to the Enfold options panel. Where exactly are you seeing them?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 7, 2018 at 10:32 am #1030787Hi,
You can see error lines just at the end of the main Enfold admin panel (cf the picture link below).
As I see in the php file, it seems to be a “menu switcher error”, I’ve deactivated my custom function.php and deactivate WPML, but the error is still here…
Thank you.

November 8, 2018 at 8:48 am #1031138Hello,
I’ve juste extended the access. But, again, only for 12h, after that my provider will restore the website and database.
Thank you in advance.
