I keep seeing this in the error logs. Is there a configuration problem on my end?

PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/Flaticon/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/share/pear’) in public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 469

Hi Victoria, in the post, this was the solution.

You seem to be using PHP version older than 5.4. Please ask your hosting provider to upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.4 and preferably to 7.x

My website is currently using PHP 7.1 (ea-php71). This is not the solution. Could you suggest something else to resolve the error issues please?

    Hi,

Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

Hi Richard, how should I give you the wordpress admin and cpanel details?

    Hi Rikard,

Where will you be accessing the cpanel Account from? There are some firewall issues so I can temporary enable IP for your country to access Cpanel issues.

Alternatively, once it is fixed, let me know and I can check if the error logs still appear. Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for that, WordPress is still recommending that you update the PHP version on the site. Are you sure that you are running 7.1?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi geraldinetay27,

https://cl.ly/316fae34f0d6 You need to go and delete the FLaticon font here in the Theme options > Import/Export.

    Best regards,
