    I am a developer and the website i am working on for a long time is using enfold. Details:

    Currently my version is 3.1.3 and if i update the theme using the updated theme which you have released breaks my site. I want to update the PHP version and for that i need to update.

    All i want is to update the PHP but if i update it then the website fully crashes.

    Usually updates come with bug fixes but the theme crashes my site. ( slider doesnt work, footer settings all gone, some pages dont work )

    Please help. I know there is no support left but i am not asking for your customization support i just want help regarding the new update. I hope you will be able to help me. Thanks

    Hey jasonwize,

    Can you tell us what errors appear?
    Enfold 3.1.3 has been released March 29, 2015 and the current version is 4.7.6.3.
    Please update Enfold via FTP or cPanel then update your PHP version upto 7.4.1.

    I have already updated the theme using FTP and even updated the version to 7.4 it basically breaks my site

    The Layer slider is distorted and also i had put some javascript code on the footer and those codes get lost. Apparently this is the issue

    Hi jasonwize,

    Can you give us temporary admin and FTP access? so we can check as well and try to fix those issues.
    Just post the credentials in private content.
