    Which version of PHP and the theme are you running?

    Hi Rikard, the theme is Enfold 4.5.7 but I only uploaded that to try to fix the problem The site is about 3 years old.

    The website is PHP 7.2 CGI (7.2.8)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I see you are getting 500 internal server error. How would you like to proceed with that? Did you try to rename the theme folder in order to activate one of the default themes? Did you try renaming the plugin folder in order to deactivate all active plugins?
