I’m back with the same problem as yesterday. The theme has functionned normally during an afternoon. But this morning, I still have the same problem : it is in 500 server error and I’ve errors in the error log file.
I can’t do anything except desactivate the theme via FTP.
I already have add this line in my wp-config file : define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );

I think I know a similar problem. Did you ever spoken with your provider? It could be that you need a contract adaptation.

We are our provider :-)
I’ve asked my colleague to have a look on the server configuration.
We solved the problem by increasing the memory directly on the server config indeed.
It’s allright now
