    Hi Kriesi

Thanks for a great theme. For my client I need help to solve a problem they continuesly have, when opdating the front page. I have had different programming experts in my network to look at this problem, but it seems that they all refer to you as the “theme-Writer” to help solve the issue, and in a new theme-update. Supposedly you are the only one who can help us.

When being in our the WP-controlpanel and making changes in the front page, when we update our changes we get this error text below – I really hope you can help me/us soon as possible:)

This is the error we get after puching th e”update” button. The error is then shown in a white blank pagewiew:
Notice: Undefined index: index in /customers/4/0/d/martinogco.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_fullscreen/slideshow_fullscreen.php on line 887 Notice: Undefined index: index in /customers/4/0/d/martinogco.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_fullscreen/slideshow_fullscreen.php on line 890 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /customers/4/0/d/martinogco.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_fullscreen/slideshow_fullscreen.php:887) in /customers/4/0/d/martinogco.dk/httpd.www/wp-admin/post.php on line 198 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /customers/4/0/d/martinogco.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_fullscreen/slideshow_fullscreen.php:887) in /customers/4/0/d/martinogco.dk/httpd.www/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1219

I really hope to hear from you soon as possible.

    Hey Jan_Martin_Sorensen,

Is this error showing at the front of your site? I checked the link you gave and couldn’t see the error.
If it’s in the backend, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hi Nikko, thanks so much for your quick reply.

Yes the error is only showed in the backend. I can if your prefer send you a screen dump of the error I get?

I have installed the plugin for your temporary account. Here are the login data:

Look much forward to hear form you again:)

    Hi,

I think this issue is caused by php warnings. These warnings should be fixed with the next theme update. I added following code to enfold/functions.php:

    error_reporting(0);

to deactivate the error/warning output. I’d recommend to use this code even if you’re not experiencing any issues because php warning/error messages might help hackers/attackers to find weak points or backdoors.

    Best regards,
    Dude

    Hi Moderators.

Thank you so much for your help.

I have just tried to update the layout again, from the front page back-end wp.
And the error no longer shows.

So I assume my issue/error is fix for now at least, and that we will be able to update the theme without any issues next time there is an update, correct?
