    Hello,

    I have been using Enfold for many years, running on PHP 5.6.

    WP has been upgraded to 4.9.6. It still works fine on PHP 5.6, but any upgrade to PHP 7x takes the site down.

    Do I need to purchase a newer version of Enfold?

    Hey legalmartin,

    No, you don’t need to purchase the new version. Please let us know what the server error is? Are you updating the theme via FTP?

    Please provide the login link as well.
