    I have an old version of the Enfold theme on one of my sites that is on PHP 5.6. We have to do a PHP upgrade to 7.4. The theme needs to be upgraded to d this. is the latest version fo Enfold compatible with PHP 5.6 so I can update the theme, WP core and plugins before I move it to the 7.4 PHP server?

    Hi Mike Gauss,

    Thanks for contacting us!
    The minimum PHP version required by Enfold is 7.0, if you have updated atleast in late 2016 you can switch to 7.0 first, then update the theme then switch the PHP version again to 7.3 (I suggest using 7.3 for now, instead of 7.4 since there are some people that has issues with it).
    If this option isn’t possible, then manually updating the theme via cPanel or FTP is the best option.
