    Hi,
So ive installed 10web’s photogallery plugin which works fine in other themes. On enfold it’s a jumble out there….
What could be the problem? Ive tried different layouts (fixed, responsive, boxed…) and header settings to no avail…
    please advise.

    Hey yasha,

The theme cannot be compatible with all third party plugins unfortunately. We can try to help, but we cannot promise you a solution. First off, what is the gallery supposed to look like? Also, did you try any of the gallery options which are included in the theme by default?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
Thanks for getting back to me so promptly:-) The gallery is a masonry type gallery which should grow vertically. some themes present it in two columns and some in three. I havent tried the in theme enfold gallery options as the plugin i am using has more options and is dedicated to image management etc. Do you see any way to resolve thi? I wouldnt like to abandon the enfold theme for this as i like all the other options it enables.

Here is the way it should look:

    Hi yasha,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Thanks for that. Maybe you could try the Masonry Gallery element instead of using the plugin? Here is the documentation for that element: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/masonry-gallery/

    Best regards,
    Rikard
