Hello –
I have phone #’s in both the Top Header area and on the Contact Us page of my website. These #’s work fine on iphones and give the option to “call” but do not on Android devices. See the message I’m getting below:

I found some advice on threads in the support forum but none have worked for me. What am I doing wrong? The number is set up like this: Call Us: 732.502.0100

On your page your phone is coded like this:<a href="tel: (732) 502 0100">732.502.0100</a>where in this case the ( & ) & spaces is braking the code, please try:

Hi,
I think that might be due to the settings or OS on your particular phone, when I try it on my Android using Chrome I get the option to both call or save it to contacts. We don’t have any control over how that works unfortunately.

RikardOk, Thank you. I have an iPhone and it works fine. I’m not super familiar with Android so wasn’t sure if this was an issue with the settings I had set up or the actual device. Thank you for helping!
