Hello Kriesi Support Team
For some reason on the mobile view the phone numbers I added in the bottom section behave differently. I can’t see why, as they are added the same way (via text box).
The first one appears black and when you click on it I get the message “this website has been blocked from automatically starting a call”.
The second and the third are in red and behave as expected and ask if I would like to make a call.
Is there a way I can change the colour to black just on those phone numbers?
Thanks so much & kindest Regards,

Is it the phone numbers in the contact section? They are not clickable for me Windows/Chrome
If you are relying on iOS to create links automatically read this info:

Thanks for responding so quickly. The thing is, that it does it automatically (without me doing anything) on the iPhone… but only for the bottom 2 numbers… which it re-colours red and the first one appears black.
I know my client will have a massive issue with that. The 3 numbers are created in the same way. Text boxes with text, nothing else.
See iPhone screenshot below. I need them all to be black on mobile view.
All the best,
CorinaAugust 27, 2017 at 9:42 pm #844570Hi,
Yes I understand, might I suggest creating real links for the phone numbers like this:<a href="tel://1-555-555-5555">+1 (555) 555-5555</a>
this will be Cross-platform compatible for Android + iPhone + Windows, the way your phone numbers are now they are not clickable for Android + Windows.
Creating real links will allow you to control the colors with CSS, where as now you can’t, (well you can make the text red, but it won’t be a link)
If your are concerned with the auto linking, you can easily disable automatic phone number linking with the following meta tag:<meta name="format-detection" content="telephone=no" />

Hope this helps :)Best regards,
