    Hey Enfold Support

    I have issues with generating a personal API-token for my client.

    When entering my clients details under settings (on Envato markets website), I click on the redirect to https://build.envato.com/api/#token.
    On the page I click on “generate a personal token”, which leads me back to the Envato markets account page. I’m then asked to sign in once more.

    I have tried several times now and I’m not able to stay on the API site, without getting redirected back the to Envato.

    What should I do now?

    Hey Lene,

    Please refer to our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If you are having problems with being logged out from Envato then I think you need to reach out to them directly, or try a different browser for instance.
